What shipper do you use?

We use FedEx for our orders. All corals will only be shipped FedEx Priority Overnight. 

  

If my order needs to be replaced, do you cover shipping costs?

We will cover shipping costs for complete losses, any other replacement shipping will not be covered.

 

Do you need pictures of my corals?

If you have any DOA, please take photos of the coral upon arrival (in bag and out of bag). We recommend taking photos under white and blue light as it is sometimes hard to tell if corals are actually dead under natural light.
