Shipping & Handling

Please allow for up to 3 days before placed orders are shipped. We only ship Monday-Wednesday. If a specific ship date is preferred, please leave a note on order. All fish and shrimp are available with overnight or 2-3 day shipping. All coral will only be shipped overnight. We are happy to include free shipping with any order over $199. Live guarantee is only for overnight orders. Pictures of all items must be received within 1 hour of first delivery attempt in order to claim DOA.

Livestock are first inspected for health. All livestock will then be packed in 4 mil poly bags that will be sealed with an adequate amount of water. The bags are then put into an insulated box to protect from temperature changes. If cold or hot packs are needed, we will provide them at no additional charge. Please ensure someone is home to accept livestock on the first attempted delivery. If the first delivery attempt is missed, all guarantees are void.

If local pickup is preferred, please select local pickup during check out and we can schedule a time for you to pick up your order. Local pickup is free and we always enjoy meeting our customers.
