Refund and Return Policy

You can be confident that any livestock you buy from Bar S Aquatics will be of the best quality and health. We strive for total satisfaction from all our customers, no games and no gimmicks.

When you receive your order, please inspect livestock in the bag and out of the bag (in quarantine tank, display tank, or dipping container). Please take pictures of any DOA so we can get started on refunding/replacing. If any coral fails to survive shipping, we will refund/replace with no hassle.

All refunds will be in the form of store credit and all replacements will be for the exact livestock ordered. Shipping costs for replacement orders are not covered unless more than half your order arrives DOA.

Rules for Live Guarantee for:

1. Send pictures(in the bag and out of the bag) of livestock upon receiving.
2. Send pictures of sick/dead livestock within 1 hour of delivery.
3. Do not throw away the dead livestock or attempt to ship it back to us without first taking pictures and consulting us.
4. Be available to accept the shipment on the FIRST attempted delivery AND accept the delivery even if the box is damaged. Please never refuse to accept a package, these are live animals. If the shipment is not accepted on the first attempted delivery, the guarantee is void.
